While many buildings in and around Christchurch are being deconstructed or demolished, the Commodore is pleased to announce that construction has started on new 20 room extension.

The hotel's car park has been re-designed and re-modelled and foundations are well underway for the new four storey block. the contracting team has been carefully chosen to ensure that any disruptions are kept to a minimum.
